Projects will be directly supervised by the Principal of the firm. It is the firm’s philosophy that such close involvement of the Principal’s time produces a higher level of quality control and a better ability to meet scheduling commitments. Inner-office project meetings assure the client continuity in the event of the absence of the Project Manager.

The utilization of BIM incorporates building a 3-D virtual model of a project that allows the designers to view all components of the design in 3-D. It also allows the Owners to view the space in 3-D as well.
